Purpose of Collection
Our primary reason for collecting your information is to provide and improve the services offered through Aexon's website and app, including WhatsApp automation, social media management, and CRM/pipeline tools. You may choose not to share certain information with us, but doing so may limit our ability to provide some or all features of the Service.
By signing up, you agree to receive account-related updates (such as sign-up confirmation, terms updates, and account/billing notices) via WhatsApp. These are service messages related to your account and are not promotional or marketing communications.
If you connect your Google account to Aexon, we may use relevant Google user data (such as contact information) to help you send service messages to your own contacts via WhatsApp, as part of a feature you have actively enabled. This usage is strictly limited to supporting the App's core functionality and is always initiated by you.
Disclosure of Information
We treat your personal information as strictly confidential. We only disclose personal information, including Google user data, in the following circumstances:
- When required to do so by a court order.
- When legally required by a government authority for compliance purposes.
Outside of these legal requirements, we do not share your personal information, including Google user data, with any third party for marketing, advertising, or purposes unrelated to the App's core functions.
